Tube and DLR strikes - September 2025
Strikes are planned on the Tube and DLR from Sunday 7 to Thursday 11 September. If they go ahead, we expect services will be disrupted. Other TfL services, including the Elizabeth line, London Overground and trams, will be running normally but are likely to be extremely busy. At times, they may not be able to stop at stations shared with the Tube.

Greenwich is just minutes from Central London in Zone 2 of London’s travel network.
Travelling on the Thames makes for a scenic and memorable visit. Take a leisurely cruise to Maritime Greenwich, or speed down the Thames on a river bus to the modern buzz of Greenwich Peninsula – it’s the ultimate way to arrive and start exploring. It’s also easy to get here by train.
At just 8 minutes from London Bridge, you could be here in moments! The areas of Greenwich Peninsula (station is called North Greenwich), for The O2, as well as Charlton, Woolwich and Eltham are just short bus or train rides away, or if you have a bike, you’re free to explore at your own pace.
