Eltham Palace and Gardens

About

William Shakespeare's classic play about power and purpose in 15th century Europe. More than a patriotic tale of an English victory, the play also looks at the moral and personal cost of conflict against the backdrop of the Hundred Years' War.

A young king of England, ambitious and hungry, sets his sights on the throne of France, plunging both nations into the tumult of war. With supplies and men running low, he aims to make his final stand on the field of Agincourt.

"From this day to the ending of the world, but we in it shall be remembered"
