Royal Greenwich Heritage Trust is looking for an Operations Manager, who is an all-rounder self motivated individual with experience in visitor and estates operations, who will be able to bring structure and enthusiasm to ensure the smooth running of operations.

The successful candidate will operationally manage the estates, including Charlton House & Gardens, focusing on successfully delivering services, expanding our volunteer programme, managing our regular opening, and supporting colleagues in the development and delivery of maintenance, services, events and activities.

They will play a pivotal role in the Team and be a point of contact for the partners and stakeholders. They will be an enthusiastic individual with excellent organisational and people skills. They will be expected to lead by example, ensuring that the estate is always presented to the highest standards, working closely with colleagues across the organisation whilst managing a small team.
