About

An exclusive walk exploring the Royal Thames 500 years ago. Part of the Totally Thames Mudlarking exhibition. Explore the archaeology of the Royal Palace at Greenwich on the foreshore and on land with archaeologists from Thames Discovery Programme . Greenwich Palace was one of five Royal Palaces on the Thames in the Tudor period. At this walk, you'll discover what archaeology says about the day-to-day life in the palaces, and the importance of the river for trade and transport.
