Fly across the Thames on IFS Cloud Cable Car to land at Santa’s Grotto experience for families, where children can meet Santa Claus and his elves and receive a special gift to take home. This experience is aimed at children aged 2-10 and can be started at either terminal.

About Santa’s Grotto Experience
A Santa’s grotto experience will be placed at the IFS Cloud Cable Car North Pole (Royal Docks Terminal). Guests will be completing a full round-trip journey, with either a one-way or round-trip occurring just before the experience. Elves will greet them at the North Greenwich or Royal Docks Terminals to ensure they board one of the 10 Christmas-themed cabins, designed as festive sleighs. Once they arrive at the Royal Docks exit platform, an elf will guide families into the Grotto, where they will meet Santa Claus. There will be a photo opportunity available either as a family or with just the children as an additional upsell to this experience.

The IFS Cloud Cable Car crosses the River Thames between Greenwich Peninsula and the Royal Docks, just five minutes' walk from The O2 and North Greenwich Underground station.
