About
Goddards at Greenwich serves London’s most traditional meal of pie, mash and liquor, all served in the traditional way along with a portion of jellied eels or stewed eels. This meal can be traced back through the 1800’s and is an important part of London’s food history. They are open seven days a week serving their freshly-baked pies throughout the day.
Goddards is a family run business that has been serving pie and mash since 1890. Their restaurant can seat around 125 people across the ground floor and first floor. The first floor is self-contained and will hold around 75 diners so it’s perfect for pie and mash parties and functions. There’s also a smaller self-contained room on the ground floor which can accommodate approximately 25 people.
They are fully licensed and so can provide soft drinks as well as beers, lagers and wine to enjoy with your meal.
