Future Plans

The Peninsula is changing and developing all the time and there are massively exciting plans for the future. A new development above North Greenwich station will include a Winter Garden a Galleria and Bridge. When the development is finished you’ll emerge from the underground station into a striking green space.

The winter garden will be an urban forest that sits beneath a glass cupola, which floods the space with natural light and unfolds to let in the air and the weather. Above, three towers will gradually step back to reveal a series of green terraces.

The Galleria will be a promenade of pavement cafes, shops and restaurants, leading to the foot bridge, which links to a new public park on the Thames. It’s going to look amazing.
