As an Activity Leader, you will be responsible for running non-sport and sport activities, as well as additional excursions, all of which include exciting activities that help students get to know London and meet other students from all around the world. The excursion will include visit and entrance to the most popular monuments and attractions that London has to offer.
No qualifications required, just enthusiasm, charisma and an interest in working with young people from across the world.
There are groups throughout the year and for that reason Oxford International Education Group can provide work for at least 16 weeks per year.

Contract length: 4 to 6 weeks.
Salary: Hourly rate according to age + 12.07% holiday pay
*Minimum 44 hrs on rota per week £451 - £468 per week

Job Description:
- Under the guidance of the Activity Manager, you will create, plan and deliver a variety of excursion in London. The excursion will include visit and entrance to the most popular monuments and attractions.
- Be a positive role model for the students, providing a supportive and encouraging environment for each student to develop
- Being mindful of the health and safety of the students, every onsite session and excursion you run will be delivered with energy and professionalism
- You will be given the chance to be creative, bringing new ideas you have and implementing these into the activity programme
- Having been briefed beforehand, you will guide students on cultural excursions to major cities in the UK
- Confidence and initiative are key feature to making sure every excursion is a success for our students
- You will supervise students during meal times and free time, creating a fun yet safe environment
- The undertaking of accommodation supervision in the evenings will also be necessary
- Maintain suitable levels of student discipline, safety and welfare
Requirements:
- 18 years old and over
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Be native or near native English - must be a proficient user of English
- Have a flexible approach to your work, along with the ability to cope with changing priorities
- Have the drive to work collaboratively and contribute to the team
- Have a passion for and experience for working with children/teenagers in a formal or informal setting
- Have excellent communication skills to successfully deliver activities and excursions
- Have the ability to deliver high levels of professional conduct · Demonstrate respect for equal opportunities and respect for race and diversity
- Have strong organisational skills with a proactive approach to planning
