Macro Group are looking for Costume Character to enhance the IFS Cloud Cable Car Experience with their friendly and professional attitude.

You’ll report to one of the senior People Managers and be accountable to the Duty Managers. Currently looking to recruit those able to commit to every weekend and are open to additional hours during the busy periods.

Contract Type: Part Time
Salary: £12.50 per hour

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to;
· Delivering exceptional guest service and ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for all visitors
· Engage with visitors in a fun and friendly manner
· Create brand awareness through positive interactions
· The flexibility to switch between being a Costume Character and a Chaperone throughout the day
· Promoting and upselling various experiences, as well as retail and food and beverage products.
· Proactively engage with and assist with the varied operational needs as and when they arise
· Work cohesively as part of a team made up of internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the business,
· Be responsible for completing all compliance-based tasks and e-learnings on time
· Champion our values, mission and purpose and participate in activities outside of your daily scope including volunteering hours and joining internal networks.

Ideal candidate;
· Be able to commit to working weekends consistently, as well as additional hours during school holidays and peak times.
· Within the height range of 5’7” to 5’9”
· A confident performer who can captivate audiences and create memorable experiences in small intimate groups as well as large crowds
· Bring a vibrant and enthusiastic energy to the role
· Comfortable wearing a costume in a hot environment whilst interacting with visitors
· A great communicator able to adapt your communication style for people from all walks of life.
· An active member of the team that is respectful and inclusive of everyone they come across.
