Macro Group are looking for Guest Experience Host/Hostess (CCE) with an ambitious and forward-thinking guest experience host to join their established and growing team in the UK to provide guests with a unique extension to their experience with areas such as virtual reality, teddy bear workshops, school tours and a retail and café offering.
The role of a Guest Experience Host is an essential part of the daily operations and guest interactions and is based on the London Cable Car Experience located at the North Greenwich terminal of the IFS Cloud Cable Car.

Salary: From £24,856.00 per year
Responsibilities;
• Delivering exceptional guest service and creating memorable experiences at each stage of the guest journey, ensuring that all visitors are greeted and made to feel welcome.
• Supervising workshops for guests such as school tours, arts and crafts workshops and virtual reality sessions.
• Enhancing the guests experience with a friendly professional attitude capable of interacting with guests of all ages.
• Upselling experiences and retail/food and beverage products.
• Preparing hot drinks for guests.
• Handling basic food.
• Being proactively engage with and assist with the varied operational needs as and when they arise.
• Reviewing and revising the operational manuals to ensure knowledge remains up to date.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines as outlined by the policies and procedures, including queue management, first aid, fire marshaling and emergency incident plans.
• Working cohesively as part of a team made up of internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the business.
• Being responsible for completing all compliance-based tasks and e-learnings on time.
• Championing our values, mission and purpose and participate in activities outside of your daily scope including volunteering hours and joining internal networks.
