Twin Group is looking for Summer House Parents to broaden their horizons through delivering a high quality activity and excursion programme to international students aged 8-18; gain experience in management of the day-to-day running of a boarding house ensuring students are safe and happy in their accommodation; and maintain proper levels of student safety, discipline and welfare!

Job Title: Summer House Parents
Location: London, Eastbourne, Leamington Spa
Contract Term: Fixed Term

Salary: Offering various contract lengths (4-12 Weeks) paid at £551.90 per week (+ statutory holiday pay calculated at 12.07% of gross pay). Holiday pay is paid at the end of the contract. The role is residential with full board accommodation included in the salary.

Job Title: Summer House Parents
Location: London, Eastbourne, Leamington Spa
Contract Term: Fixed Term

Salary: Offering various contract lengths (4-12 Weeks) paid at £551.90 per week (+ statutory holiday pay calculated at 12.07% of gross pay). Holiday pay is paid at the end of the contract. The role is residential with full board accommodation included in the salary.

You must be able to attend an induction taking place 2 days (up to 6 hours on day 1 and up to 7 hours on day 2) before the start date and a first aid training session in London on June 18th 2023, unless you already hold a valid qualification. You will be paid for the induction £140.

Applicants should be creative and passionate about making a difference and contributing towards students’ experiencing best summer ever, and keen to:
- ensure the boarding house provides a safe and secure environment for students
- provide extra support for students that are ill, homesick, or in any way vulnerable
- ensure the health, safety and welfare of students at all times
and are educated to GCSE level, have experience of supervising minors and a strong awareness of Health & Safety.
