Morning

Set the tone for your Greenwich day out with a walk around the historic National Maritime Museum and gardens, as the beating heart of maritime Britain. the museum is alive with history and all things naval. Step inside to discover heroic stories of exploration and endeavour that have pioneered our world today just right on your doorstep. With over 2.5 million artefacts including Lord Nelson’s jacket and Turner’s wonderful painting of the Battle of Trafalgar.
If you want to see more works of art, you’re definitely in the right place, it’s time for your royal invitation to the new Tudors to Windsor’s portrait exhibition - come face-to-face with the kings and queens who have shaped British history for over 500 years. Once you’ve rubbed shoulders with royalty next up you can explore more of the Royal Borough of Greenwich.
