A recital of Indian classical music performed by internationally renowned sitar player Jasdeep Singh Degun and tabla player Harkiret Singh Bahra.

Jasdeep’s dynamic performance experience spans a wide range of prestigious and high-profile venues across the UK and abroad, including Buckingham Palace.

Awarded the Yuva Sangeet Ratna ‘Musician of the Year’ 2016, Jasdeep has established a name for himself as a star of the Indian classical and contemporary music scenes.

An active musician and sitar player, Jasdeep has performed internationally in many high profile productions and prestigious venues, including Buckingham Palace, the Amphitheatre in Doha, and the 2014 BBC Proms at the Royal Albert Hall.

2019 saw Jasdeep showcase music from his debut album, Anomaly, at a sell out performance at the Purcell Room, Southbank. The concert was attended by many eminent musicians including Nitin Sawhney, Anoushka Shankar and Smt. Sukanya Shankar, Swati Natekar, and Pandit Sanju Sahai.

Jasdeep continues to push the boundaries of Indian classical music in the UK as well as developing his unique versatility as a promising young artist.

Harkiret Singh Bahra is an experienced Indian Classical Percussion player and Tabla teacher. He’s performed at numerous national venues such as The Royal Festival Hall, as well as across Europe and India.
