Come along to Cutty Sark Street Food Market for some fabulous food and drink choices

About

Cutty Sark Street Food Market brings food and festivity to Cutty Sark Gardens from Friday to Sunday throughout the year. With stalls slinging everything from Greek souvlaki to Italian pizza, Spanish paella and Korean corn dogs, it’s a vibrant celebration of foods from around the world.

Sitting next to the handsome profile of the UK’s last surviving tea clipper, Cutty Sark Gardens provides a perfect riverside setting for this celebration of cosmopolitan cuisine. Ovens open and fryers fire up from 10am each day, serving adventurous food lovers until 6pm.

Stalls rotate, but there’s always a broad range of options. Spice lovers might chow down on Kolkata-style kathi rolls (parathas fried in egg and wrapped around lamb kebabs, paneer and other fillings) paired with warmly spiced chai. Vegans or lovers of Caribbean food can order healthy salad boxes and morish roti wraps filled with freshly fried plantain, avocado and sauces that sing of sunshine. And any sugar cravings will melt before crisp, fluffy churros dipped in molten chocolate, or fabulously indulgent doughnuts.

When it comes to refreshment, the choices are equally irresistible. Mid-morning marketgoers might fuel up on an expertly made cappuccino; those visiting later in the day could just as easily find themselves with a cocktail, glass of Pimms or sangria in hand. There really couldn’t be a better way to get outdoors, get social and take your tastebuds on a trip this summer!

NOTE: Cutty Sark Street Food Market will be closed for certain major events on Cutty Sark Gardens.
