Come and get involved in this exciting opportunity to improve your mental and physical wellbeing with this FREE weekly movement session. This class will allow you to refocus your energy, deepen your connection with your peers and will leave you feeling confident and grounded. Knit and Natter are a community group who meet every Wednesday at Woolwich Center Library.
