About

Come and Draw Breath at this very special session led by Tania Kovats and Jane Sassienie for teachers and Learning professionals.

When you pause, take a breath and draw, you are giving time and space to yourself. Breathing and drawing together, connects us. It shows us new ways to be together and to be present. This is an opportunity to practise simple mindful breathing and make an accompanying drawing that marks your presence.

This session will last 90mins with extra time allocated for breaks and refreshments.
