The EFG London Jazz Festival is the capital's biggest pan-city music festival, taking place annually in November, which has long been acclaimed for showcasing a heady mix of talent from around the world. Widely acknowledged for delivering world-class artists and emerging stars, the Festival continues to take jazz to a massive audience, in one of UK's landmark music events.

The award-winning pianist presents 'Light as a Feather - The Music of Chick Corea'.

Formed in 1972, Chick Corea's Return to Forever is widely regarded to have been one of the greatest Jazz fusion outfits of all time. Featuring Corea on Fender Rhodes, Joe Farrell on saxophone and flute, Flora Purim on vocals, Stanley Clarke on double bass, and Airto Moreira on drums, their album Light as a Feather contained songs such as 500 Miles High, You're Everything and Spain, which have gone on to acquire legendary status in the Jazz fusion canon.

For the 2023 EFG London Jazz Festival, this music will be explored by Sam, described by The Wire as 'one of the best pianists of his generation', on Fender Rhodes, performing alongside UK Jazz heavyweights Gareth Lockrane (Bheki Mseleku), Heidi Vogel (The Cinematic Orchestra), Flo Moore (Jordan Rakei), and Jamie Murray.

Radiohead Revisited: In Rainbows (16th November) - Book Now!

An all-star London Jazz Festival line-up revisit the iconic Radiohead album.

Led by pianist Rick Simpson on the piano, the band features Tori Freestone and Michael Chillingworth as the twin-saxophone frontline and a rhythm section featuring the universally respected veteran Dave Whitford on bass and world-renowned master Tim Giles on drums.

One of the leading, most forward thinking and prolific bands to emerge from London's thriving jazz scene.

The Tenderlonious-led quartet, Ruby Rushton, has been at the forefront of the UK jazz scene since their debut, Two For Joy, in 2015. This album is credited with introducing a new generation to jazz music in the UK. Their music is deeply rooted in the spiritual concepts of jazz heroes like John Coltrane and Yusef Lateef, while also adopting influences from hip-hop, Afrobeat, bebop, jazz-funk, and the sounds of the UK underground. In 2019, the band released their fourth and most successful studio album to date, Ironside.
