Feel the magic of Christmas with a family-friendly takeover in Admiral's House, Old Royal Naval College

About

Feel the magic of Christmas with a family-friendly takeover in Admiral’s House.

Old Royal Father Christmas and his granddaughter (nicknamed Helper-Bean) have made themselves a home in Greenwich this Winter. Join them for a special reading of Twas the Night Before Christmas, before receiving a special gift and having the opportunity to take a photo with them.

Dates:
- Saturday 30th November
- Sunday 1st December
- Saturday 7th & Sunday 8th December
- Saturday 14th & Sunday 15th December
- Thursday 19th & Friday 20th December
- Saturday 21st & Sunday 22nd December
- Monday 23rd December

Sessions last 40 minutes without interval and run at 9:30am, 10:15am, 11:15am, 12:15pm, 1:45pm, 2:45pm and 3:45pm

Relaxed Sessions
During relaxed Christmas sessions for families, Father Christmas and his helper will be paying closer attention to how families and children are feeling and will adjust the session to their needs. These sessions work on a drop-in basis, allowing parents and children to arrive or leave at any time. Additionally, children are not expected to sit or stand still for a set amount of time. Due to the flexible nature of the session, Father Christmas may not read ‘Twas the Night Before Christmas’. However, children will receive a Christmas gift and can take a photo with Father Christmas.

Dates: Sunday 8th December | Sunday 15th December | - Sunday 22nd December

Good Morning with Old Royal Father Christmas
These sessions are designed for families with very young children and babies, or children who may benefit from a slightly quieter and gentler approach. They will have the same elements as the standard session, but they will be shorter, with reduced capacity, and with calmer conversational elements.
