Greenwich Market gets ghostly this Halloween, with a fantastically freaky day of family fun.

Kicking off at lunchtime on Thursday 31st October, this free celebration of all things dark and dire will see the historic Market draped in spooky seasonal decorations. Dressing up is encouraged, and there’ll be prizes for the best-dressed stallholders and children in costume.

The Market’s usual array of fascinating traders and world-food stalls will be open for business, alongside Halloween entertainment like face painting, balloon modelling and magic with the inimitable Captain Fantastic.

* Fancy dress is encouraged.
