About
Join Herbal Hackney for this bespoke workshop to mark Women's History Month and learn about the connections between women, plants and health through history and create your own aromatic spray with essential oils.
The workshop will explore some of the interwoven threads between women, plants and health through history and across different cultures. Through memories, stories and recipes we will uncover the healing properties of a range of plants. You will look at everything from growing herbs to cooking, to making remedies - discussing how plants can be enjoyed and celebrated in many different forms. You will delve into the world of aromatherapy and how we can make simple products to enjoy at home.
There will also be a chance to make your own by combining your own unique blend of oils.
