Come and meet Sir John and follow spooky clues left by missing crew members.

About

This Halloween you are invited to join 19th Century Captain Sir John Franklin as he regales you with stories about his long-lost expedition through the Arctic. What was the fate of the ships HMS Terror and HMS Erebus? Come and meet Sir John and follow spooky clues left by missing crew members before writing your own story about what happened to their icy adventure…

Meet Sir John Franklin in Skittle Alley at the time on your ticket before heading off on a mission around the Old Royal Naval College grounds to find clues about what happened to the sailors. Finish your mission in the Clore Learning Room (in the Visitor Centre) where you can receive your prizes and create a piece of Art about life in the Arctic, or write about what you think happened to the missing sailors.
