A unique performance from Ewan Bleach on board Uber Boat by Thames Clippers sailing down the Thames

About

EFG London Jazz Festival presents a unique performance from Ewan Bleach on board Uber Boat by Thames Clippers sailing down the Thames.

Ewan Bleach is a clarinettist, saxophonist and band leader based in London and specialising in the early styles of jazz, ragtime, blues and swing. Ewan runs old style jazz gigs across London and regularly visits New Orleans for inspiration. He has a large repertoire of rare old songs ranging from the rough raggy blues songs of the 20s to the rich luscious ballads of the early 40s referencing artists such as Billie Holiday, Al Bowlly, Bessie Smith and Jimmie Rodgers.

Ewan will be playing on an Uber Boat by Thames Clippers sailing from London Bridge City Pier (11:55am) to Barking Riverside Pier (12:53pm).

You are welcome to join the journey at any pier and the gig is free with a boat ticket, purchased at the pier, touching in/out with Contactless or Oyster to pay as you go, online at https://www.thamesclippers.com/ or via the Thames Clippers Tickets or Uber apps.

The boat will arrive in time for Moment's Notice at The Wilds, separate ticket required. The venue is an eighteen-minute walk from Barking Riverside Pier.
