Capital's most adventurous and ambitious festival of new music is coming to Woolwich Works - London's new landmark creative district.

Wednesday 15th June - Inchoate Buzz
New collaborative performance by artist and choreographer Fernanda Muñoz-Newsome that brings together six leading lights from the experimental arts: SERAFINE1369, Mica Levi, Isabel Muñoz-Newsome, Nkisi, Eve Stainton and Fernanda Muñoz-Newsome herself. Core collaborators; sound designer/multimedia artist Josh Anio Grigg, artist/researcher India Harvey and light artist Charlie Hope.
Thursday 16th June - Sad and Ruined
Sad Boys and musical ruins, featuring a new dance work from Marikiscrycrycry, live set from Lolina, poetry from Katalin Ladik, new music from Frank Denyer and Octandre Ensemble, film from o film from Ed Fornieles/Gretchen Lawrence and Jerskin Fendrix at the piano.
Friday 17th June - Ruinded and Exhausted
Being alive, feeling dead: new work from rap icon Triad God and improviser Crystabel Riley, live performance from Debit, UK premieres from composers Rebecca Saunders and Clara Iannotta and Explore Ensemble, film from Rachel Rose and poetry from Caspar Heinemann.
Saturday 18th June - Exhausted and Hysterical
Saturday night’s cohabitation of extremes will see a rare visit by 81-year-old American legend Roscoe Mitchell, saxophonist, composer and founding member of the Art Ensemble of Chicago; LCMF Orchestra premieres new work by artist Cerith Wyn Evans, composer Oliver Leith, electronic producer Elvin Brandhi and American composers Tyshawn Sorey and Ben Patterson; there will be live sets from Gateshead-based turntablist Mariam Rezaei and young London-based producer No Home, plus shorts by Japanese experimental filmmaker Stom Sogo.
Sunday 19th June - Hysterical and Happy
A cathartic final night of LCMF 2022, featuring a new commission from artist Christian Marclay for improviser Elaine Mitchener, world premiere by composer Claudia Molitor, film from Sarah Davachi & Aura Satz, live sets from electronic producer Ewa Justka and improviser Joëlle Léandre, a river work from Tom Foulsham and Gaelic psalm-singing from Musarc.
