Over January and February 2023, Old Royal Naval College is offering a unique programme of wellbeing events, taking place in the tranquil surroundings of the Museum of the Moon in the Painted Hall.

All of the following events have been curated in collaboration with Kindred Yoga, where yoga and community meet.

Programme:
Wellbeing Wednesdays (4th January to 1st February) - Book Now
A series of 45-minute bespoke yoga session to start the day with a clear mindset.

NOTE: Two sessions (7:30am and 8:30am) are offered every Wednesday in January and on the first week of February. Each session will be delivered by a different instructor from Kindred Yoga.

Full Moon Manifesting Workshop with House of Roxy (7th January) - Book Now
Join in for the ultimate positive start to 2023, a Full Moon Manifesting Ritual around the Museum of the Moon.

Yoga and Brunch with Katarina Rayburn (14th January) - Book Now
Start your morning with an energising 90-minute Mandala Vinyasa Yoga class followed by a delicious brunch in the Undercroft Café.

Serenity Sound Healing & Supper with Junior Valentine (21st January) - Book Now
Join gong master Junior Valentine as he uses the medium of sound to take you on a cosmic journey beneath the Museum of the Moon. End the night with a healthy, hearty supper of delicious homemade soup.

To Be Human: A Movement Celebration with David Kam (28th January) - Book Now
Join yoga teacher David Kam for a celebration of movement and contemplation under Luke Jerram’s Museum of the Moon.

Full Moon Yoga Workshop with Moon Saker (5th February) - Book Now
This workshop will combine a dynamic Vinyasa Yoga Flow with a journaling session, exploring breath work and self-inquiry.
