To celebrate Refugee Week 2025, Cutty Sark is hosting an evening of stand-up comedy with No Direction Home, a comedy collective produced by Counterpoints Arts featuring new stand-ups from refugee and migrant backgrounds.

Laughter connects us, and there's nothing more human than laughing with someone.
So, come along and join the Cutty Sark for an evening of laughter with the brilliant No Direction Home comedy collective. 

Who are No Direction Home?
No Direction Home are a comedy collective produced by Counterpoints Arts featuring new stand-ups from refugee and migrant backgrounds. Established in 2018, they have been coached by comic and director Tom Parry and performed at gigs and festivals around the UK.

Edin Suljic is a published writer, poet and artist based in London. He has worked on several collaborative projects at the Tate Modern, and he performs his work in a variety of places, from international literary festivals to venues such as the Southbank Center in London. His poetry collection, Personal Things and the Rest, was published by Haffan Books in 2018. 

Krzysia Balinska is a performer, drama facilitator, activist and an aspiring stand-up comedian with experience in theatre-making, facilitation, and organisation.

Selam Amare is a passionate Ethiopian, Selam is an entrepreneur and founder of Azmari Bet and Selam Le Ethiopia.

Krishna Vytelingum Krishna Harry Vytelingum is the biggest name in comedy today.

* Suitable for ages 16+

* The performances take place in the Michael Edwards Studio Theatre, situated on the Lower Hold deck of Cutty Sark. This will be an evening of comedy not to be missed, inside the unique setting of Cutty Sark. Drinks will be available to buy before the performance and during the interval.
