Celebrate the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee and the long Bank Holiday Weekend with a host of activities taking place across the Old Royal Naval College, with something for everyone.

A Midsummer Faery Den | Saturday 4th June & Sunday 5th June - Book Now
Titania and Oberon have been battling for days and have finally fallen out. It’s up to the audience to bring them back together. In this interactive performance the audience will help Oberon write a love song for Titania, create the most fearsome wings for Titania, and help Peta Quince act out the mechanicals hilarious scene. Expect fun, silliness and a heart-warming ending.

Submersion | Thursday 2nd June & Friday 3rd June - Book Now
Thrilling for both adults and children alike, Submersion follows the Royal Navy capturing a pesky pirate. Can the pirate escape his fate? This self-contained show features silks, aerial hoop, and acro balance, and finishes with a nail-biting finale as a daring escapologist tries to free himself from a tank of water.

Platinum Jubilee Tours (Duration: 45 mins) | Thursday 2nd June – Sunday 5th June - Book Now
Join the special Platinum Jubilee Tour to discover how Greenwich and royalty have been linked for over 500 years from the Tudors to our Queen’s connection with our site over the 70 years of her reign.

The tour also delves into the many portrayals of the Queen and royal family members that have been filmed on our site from The King’s Speech to The Crown.

Royal Afternoon Tea | Saturday 4th June & Sunday 5th June - Book Now
Indulge in an afternoon of deliciously delicate sandwiches, cakes, treats and teas. Celebrate the Queen’s jubilee on our iconic colonnades surrounded by the stunning architecture and incredible views. This exclusive outdoor dining experience is set where some of your favourite royal film and TV series have been shot including, The Crown, The Queen, Victoria and Abdul and most recently Bridgeton. For an extra special treat enjoy a glass, bottle or even flight of one of Britain’s leading sparkling wine producers, Nyetimber.

Nyetimber English Sparkling Wine Tasting with Canapes | Thursday 2nd June - Book Now
Raise a glass to Her Majesty in an exclusive wine tasting session on the colonnades including three glasses of English sparkling wine – Classic Cuvee, Rose and Blanc to Blanc – from one of the Nation’s leading houses. A member of the Nyetimber house will talk through just what makes this wine so special. Served with a selection of delicious canapes.

‘The Queen Visits’ Exhibition | Thursday 2nd June – Sunday 5th June
An exhibition telling the story of the Queen and her family’s links to the Old Royal Naval College through images, film clips and objects, such as a signed visitors’ book from 1955.

Venue: Mezzanine Gallery, Visitor Centre 

Family crafts | Thursday 2nd June – Sunday 5th June
If you’re looking for something creative to get involved in, come and make something for our Jubilee Gallery on the Mezzanine in the Visitor Centre. The royal themed crafts tables will be open for all throughout the weekend.

Family Storytelling (Duration: 30 mins) | Sunday 5th June - Book Now
Join in with a special Royal First Sunday Stories in the Painted Hall. Find out how nursery rhymes you know and love have a royal twist, and hear about how the Queen (and her corgis) feature in one or two. Recommended for ages 3+

Celebrate the Jubilee and the first Sunday or the month with our regular reduced entry price to the Painted Hall.

Sea Cadets Rowing Competition | Thursday 2nd June – Sunday 5th June
London Area and Greenwich Unit Sea Cadets will be on site all weekend with their rowing competition. Compete against the Cadets to win a fabulous waterborne experience prize.

Venue: Old Royal Naval College Grounds

Live Music | Thursday 2nd June – Sunday 5th June
Enjoy a picnic on the lawns and soak up the atmosphere with live music to keep you entertained.

Food & Drink | Thursday 2nd June – Sunday 5th June
Soak up the atmosphere and toast the Queen’s 70 year reign with delicious food and drinks being served both from the Undercrfot Cafe, The Old Brewery and pop-up stalls.

- Gin & Pimms Bar (plus beers, wines, spirits & bubbles)
- Street food stalls serving delicious food from around the world
- The Undercroft Cafe serving light lunches, snacks and hot & cold drinks to eat in or takeaway, plus special Jubilee treats
- Ice cream, including classic British flavour and a special Rhubarb and Custard ice cream, available from ice cream vans and a trike on the grounds
- The Old Brewery: visit our on-site pub for drinks and food, with plenty of outside seating
