About

En Route is a new outdoor promenade experience in Woolwich this summer!

A journey of discovery through different worlds, moving through the streets, green and iconic public spaces of Woolwich in the Royal Borough of Greenwich.

Come along and see, hear, feel and breathe in the neighbourhood and get a fresh perspective, with dance, specially commissioned live music and storytelling.

This is the first public performance since the start of the pandemic, Protein’s dancers and musicians will be joined on this journey by local contributors offering surprises along the way, representing local history and present life.

This is an opportunity to share a collective space and connect as we move out of isolation.

Duration: Approx 3.5 hours
Distance: Approx 4.5km

Wear appropriate clothing for the outdoors.

** BSL interpreted performances 29th July & 1st August.
