Join Greenwich Dance’s open air Tai Chi class in the Park.

This gentle exercise is a great way of building core strength, relieving stress and improving posture. Breathe deep and connect with nature, make new friends and relax in the beautiful setting of Greenwich Park.

- Meet other Tai Chi enthusiasts
- Take part in graceful, flowing movement

- Open to all levels
- Meeting Point for registration, behind the Bandstand
- Wear comfortable clothing and shoes for outdoors
