A transformative Vision Board Creation Workshop with Art Therapist Violeta Camarero, and trainee psychotherapist and meditation facilitator Cara Stimson.

Unleash your creativity, foster well-being, and capture your aspirations on a Vision Board.

This workshop is a unique blend of creativity using collage technique and self-discovery. The workshop will include a space to reflect and write about your goalsand vision, as well as a guided meditation before we move into the creation of the vision board.

All materials needed will be provided. The only addition that we strongly recommended is that you bring a picture of yourself! It can be one where you feel your best and/or doing something that feels the most important to you.

* This workshop will be held on the weekend of the Autumn Equinox, also known as Mabon in the modern Pagan calendar. This is a wonderful time to give thanks for an abundant and full Summer, and recognize the need to share the fruits of the warmer season in the coming Winter months. Let’s use this powerful window of time together to appreciate and gather what we’ve experienced and brought into our personal stores, and to create, affirm and commit to the visions we have for our life.Use this potent time to initiate and manifest what you envision for yourself and your life.
