Join poet and playwright Inua Ellams as he takes you on a walking tour packed with creative activities.

His three-hour route visits large-scale artworks by Jessie Brennan and uses them as prompts to curate a series of participatory literary exercises. Ellams will lead mini-workshops, ice breakers and games that look at relationship-building and the meanings of play and place.

An inspiring way of visiting Brennan’s artworks Go the Distance, Custom House Is Our House, and Take Your Place, Inua’s walk will also give you the opportunity to delve deeper into Brennan’s process of enquiry and collaboration with community groups in the Royal Docks.
