About

Everyone Welcome walking collective explore waterways and creekside, part of InspiralLondon Hydrodetours' exploration of watery commons in Deptford.

The walk will begin at the Ravensbourne where Friends of Brookmill Park will share their experiences; then follow the tide down Deptford Creek to the River Thames, completing the walk at Convoys Wharf. On route, we will hear from activists, conservationists, creekside boat dwellers and more about some of the layers of history, social histories and recent anti-gentrification battles. Ends with performance.

Note: Bring a packed lunch and sturdy shoes.
